The app now looks really cool, and easier to use! This thing of opening the car with the phone deserves a thumb up! Great!

The app and the service are both great. In this initial fase (writing from Milan) the availability is really awesome. Only one issue in the app is that the history takes too long to update. In the car2go app for instance its in real time. Hope to see its working fine soon. Keep the service great guys. Thank you.

Good app. Could use a design upgrade but does all the things it needs to do. Hardly ever crashes (on iPhone 6 + 7).

I dont know why this app has so many negative reviews, my eperience was only positive. It is quick, simple to use and does everything I need it to do. In general, I am happy with the service in general and would definetely recommend it to everyone.

It is impossible to close the car with the app. I am always forced to use the card. What a shame.

Awesome cars, but the e2e rental flow is somewhat cumbersome, slow and shows a lack of e2e thinking. For example: + Takes over two minutes from reserving the car until engine is started and ready to go. (When you are familiar with the procedure of having to use both the app and login to the car) + Popups related to DriveNow block the navigation screen in the car => Suddenly and when exiting the permitted return zone youll lose your navigation - very annoying. Please make it possible to do everything in the app, and reduce the lag of the whole process.

App to vehicle transition is not good. Finding and reserving cars works well but small issues getting rentals started and ended smoothly.

I have been a loyal and happy customer for over 18 months. Great to have such a range of cars and service in many major German cities.

The most recent version has much better functionality. Its easy to find and reserve a car and get driving.

Looks like a great app, but I properly filled out the entire flow two times, and both times it gave me random, unforeseeable errors and wouldnt allow me to register - sad day.

Signed up and within 30 minutes picked up my ID at the Mason St. 24-hr DriveNow station. They had 6 brand new white ELECTRIC BMWs parked and ready to go. Commuting to Palo Alto w/the one way driving option. Excited for NYC coverage... where Im based.

I am trying to register for SF using an iPhone and it keeps saying I didnt fill out the registration form correctly but it doesnt say why.

Cant open after the last update. Please fix, would love to go driving again soon. On an iPhone 5 iOS 7.1.

The new app after the update is very confusing. It is hard to go back to the map view after clicking on car details. The scrolling between cars is also very confusing. ONE VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE MISSING: information about how many metres away the car is. It is not always clear when looking at the map. Please fix asap !!!

In general, the app is usable. But it has bugs, such as the FAQ answers not showing completely (on an iPad) or the "report an issue" function not accepting my input at all. And no way to report these issues! That IS bad.

App thinks Im in Munich, even though my settings say Im in SF (the setting keeps switching to Munich after a while).

I wish they can make an app as good as their car and service. You cant customize any setting on the app, so I get 10 notifications throughout the day/ night about cars being available. On the map view there are all these locations available with number of cars available, but the car details doesnt always show up so you are left thinking the app is malfunctions. I love the service of e-BMW/ DriveNow/ car sharing, but if this app is the only way of finding a car on the go, I simply have to go with other services with apps that work!
